Dining Room of the Hotel Washington

The Hotel Washington is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (1995) and is a contributing property to the Fifteenth Street Financial Historic District and the Pennsylvania Avenue Historic Site. The Project entailed not only adherence to the standards for Historic Preservation and Restoration, but also repair and replacement of building structural elements.

Historic Lobby of the Hotel Washington​

More than 360 guest rooms were renovated as were corridors, three restaurants, a roof-top terrace lounge, elevators and the historic lobby.
